Hepatocellular adenoma is a benign epithelial tumor of liver, occuring of non-cirrhotic liver, especially in the woman. Hepatocellular adenoma is associated with oral contraceptives. We should differentiate it from hepatocellular carcinoma or
focal
nodular hyperplasis, histologically. We experienced a case of hepatocellular adenoma without liver cirrhosis in 42 years old man.
